Global Play Showcase: A Competitive Event Showcasing Unrealeased Video Games
From March 19th, the Gamers Association Ghana will be present at BuzzWorks in San Francisco to participate in the Global Play Showcase at the Global Developers Conference (GDC 24) from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
The Global Play Showcase generously sponsored by Playside Studios and Toast Interactives is a prestigious reception hosted by the Interactive Games and Entertainment Association (IGEA) and 10 video game associations from five continents.
The event will be open to game publishers, investors, and first parties, who will have the opportunity to play, evaluate, and network with the developers behind these incredible titles.
The Global Play Showcase, however, is more than a reception, it’s a competition where the association will exhibit an unreleased video game that showcases its creativity, innovation, and talent. The game with the most votes will win the Global Play Showcase Award.
The event is also a friendly contest where guests can vote for the best snack of the night. That’s right, each country and region will also bring along some delicious treats from their respective cuisines, so the guests can enjoy a variety of flavors while they explore the diverse gaming cultures.
